We just purchased 7 of your LVE-SL305RGB-9 WallWashers and now i'm curious about how to set/change the dmx starting address or how to access it via DMX at all.

I pluged in a DMX Controller Interface on the DMX Signal Cable of your product, but the washer stays on the predefined colour change program.
